The Buddha teaches on blameworthy, presenting a threefold teaching for disciples on the path.

AN 3.147 Blameworthy

“Tīhi, bhikkhave, dhammehi samannāgato yathābhataṁ nikkhitto evaṁ niraye. Katamehi tīhi? Sāvajjena kāyakammena, sāvajjena vacīkammena, sāvajjena manokammena

Imehi kho, bhikkhave, tīhi dhammehi samannāgato yathābhataṁ nikkhitto evaṁ niraye.

Tīhi, bhikkhave, dhammehi samannāgato yathābhataṁ nikkhitto evaṁ sagge. Katamehi tīhi? Anavajjena kāyakammena, anavajjena vacīkammena, anavajjena manokammena imehi kho …pe… evaṁ sagge”ti.

Blameworthy deeds by way of body, speech, and mind.

Imehi kho, bhikkhave, tīhi dhammehi samannāgato yathābhataṁ nikkhitto evaṁ niraye.

Someone with these three qualities is placed in hell as if delivered there.

Someone with three qualities is placed in heaven as if delivered there.
