“Mārasenappamaddanaṁ vo, bhikkhave, maggaṁ desessāmi; taṁ suṇātha.

Katamo ca, bhikkhave, mārasenappamaddano maggo? Yadidaṁ satta bojjhaṅgā. Katame satta? Satisambojjhaṅgo …pe… upekkhāsambojjhaṅgo ayaṁ kho, bhikkhave, mārasenappamaddano maggo”ti.

The awakening factors of mindfulness, investigation of principles, energy, rapture, tranquility, immersion, and equanimity.

This is the path for crushing Māra’s army.”
