MN 2 ¶13
A learned disciple of the Noble Ones who has regard for the Noble Ones and is skilled and trained in the Dhamma of the Noble Ones; who has regard for persons of integrity and is skilled and trained in the Dhamma of persons of integrity, understands what things are fit for attention and what things are unfit for attention. Since that is so, they attend to things fit for attention and do not attend to things unfit for attention.
