“Tisso imā, bhikkhave, vandanā.
“Mendicants, there are three kinds of homage.
Katamā tisso?
What three?
Kāyena, vācāya, manasā—
By way of body, speech, and mind.
imā kho, bhikkhave, tisso vandanā”ti.
These are the three kinds of homage.”
