The Buddha teaches Venerable Rādha on the five aggregates regarding liable to impermanence, guiding him toward insight, dispassion, and liberation.
Sāvatthinidānaṁ.
Ekamantaṁ nisinno kho āyasmā rādho bhagavantaṁ etadavoca:
“‘aniccadhammo, aniccadhammo’ti, bhante, vuccati. Katamo nu kho, bhante, aniccadhammo”ti?
“Rūpaṁ kho, rādha, aniccadhammo, vedanā aniccadhammo, saññā aniccadhammo, saṅkhārā aniccadhammo, viññāṇaṁ aniccadhammo.
Evaṁ passaṁ …pe… nāparaṁ itthattāyāti pajānātī”ti.

Seated to one side, Venerable Rādha said to the Buddha:
“‘aniccadhammo, aniccadhammo’ti, bhante, vuccati.
“Sir, they speak of having ‘impermanent nature’.
Katamo nu kho, bhante, aniccadhammo”ti?
What is of impermanent nature?”
“Rūpaṁ kho, rādha, aniccadhammo, vedanā aniccadhammo, saññā aniccadhammo, saṅkhārā aniccadhammo, viññāṇaṁ aniccadhammo.
“Rādha, form, feeling, perception, choices, and consciousness are of impermanent nature.
Evaṁ passaṁ …pe…
Seeing this …
nāparaṁ itthattāyāti pajānātī”ti.
They understand: ‘… there is nothing further for this place.’”
