Mahāli the Licchavi👤person

The Buddha explains to Mahāli that bad kamma is rooted in greed, hatred, delusion, superficial attention, and a wrongly directed mind. Good kamma stems from their opposites, including radical attention, which together distinguish unrighteous conduct from righteous conduct.
